Care in every language
Every patient can describe how they feel in their own words. Your team opens Biling on any phone or tablet and speaks with anyone — live, in both directions — through everyday nursing and care. Each conversation becomes a transcript the team can reopen.
Tell us about your ward or organisation — we'll set your team up.
Biling is an ambient communication and workflow assistant for everyday care. It does not diagnose, triage, assess, or make clinical decisions, and it is not a medical device.

At the bedside
When patients can speak freely, care gets better
A patient who can explain where it hurts, what changed, and what they are worried about — in their own language — gives staff a fuller picture to work from. Biling translates the conversation live in both directions for everyday care: meals, comfort, hygiene, mobility, and pain check-ins. In urgent moments, understanding what a patient or a relative is saying right away removes a barrier that should not be there.
- Patients describe symptoms, needs and worries in their own words
- Two-way voice translation with on-screen transcription to review as you go
- Transcribe-only mode when the patient already speaks the caregiver's language — a live transcript, no translation
- Open Biling on any phone or tablet
- Each person speaks their own language
- Everyone hears and sees the reply in theirs
Documentation & handover
The conversation becomes a head start on the paperwork
Everything below is a draft Biling pre-structures from what was said out loud, for qualified staff to check and sign off. Biling does not assess, diagnose, or recommend treatment.
Structured flowsheet pre-population
Spoken non-diagnostic values — patient-reported pain scores, approximate fluid intake, meal-consumption percentages, positioning notes — drop into draft fields for staff to confirm and sign off.
Draft care notes
Routine nursing activities such as hygiene care completed, a wound dressing changed, or mobility assistance provided are transcribed and summarised into a draft daily progress note.
SBAR handover drafts
Spoken care activities across a shift are aggregated per patient into a Situation, Background, Assessment and Recommendation draft, ready for review before the handover.
Bedside tasks & reminders
Spoken commitments — “I'll bring an extra blanket”, “check back after lunch” — are pulled into a checklist for the on-duty team.
Multi-role care timeline
Therapist, nursing and other spoken updates are placed on one chronological timeline that stays readable across shifts.
Discharge
A cleaner handoff home
As a patient leaves, Biling checks the routine ground was covered and turns the conversation into something they can actually read at home.
Discharge checklist verification
Biling checks whether standard administrative discharge topics — medication-schedule handover, dietary guidelines, a primary-care follow-up recommendation — were verbally covered, and flags what was not.
Patient-friendly summary drafts
Complex terminology from the conversation is rewritten into a simplified, plain-language draft summary in the patient's language for them to take home.
For team leads & operators
One dashboard for the whole team
Give every team member access and they can start using Biling straight away. Authorised leads get a per-patient overview of the conversations their team had, with an AI summary that surfaces recurring topics and requests. Access is role-controlled, and ward-level figures are anonymised and aggregated.
- Every employee is set up in minutes, with nothing to learn
- Role-controlled: leads see summaries for the patients they are responsible for
- AI highlights recurring topics and requests across a patient's conversations
- Anonymised, aggregated ward view: call-pattern and demand peaks, plus which languages come up most, for staffing and resource planning
Integration
Fits the systems you already run
Biling produces structured text and exports it in whatever format your tools expect, so it can flow into the patient-record system your hospital already uses instead of becoming another place to check.
- Structured text export in the format your systems expect
- Feeds into your existing patient-record or hospital software
- Transcripts and summaries stay available to any other system you connect
Biling produces the data and hands it to you. Where it goes next — your patient-record system, quality reviews, reporting — is your decision, under your existing data-governance and legal framework. Biling provides the data; how your organisation uses it stays with your organisation.
Stored in Germany
Conversation transcripts are stored on servers located in Germany, and processing follows the GDPR.
Audio is never stored
Speech is translated the moment it is spoken and then discarded. Only the text is kept.
You control retention
Your organisation sets how long transcripts live and can delete them at any time. The setup is built around the GDPR.
Never used for training
Nothing from a conversation is used to train any model.
